By accessing or using POKV’s website, community, programs, or materials, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

  1. Owned by POKV or used under license
  2. Intended for personal, educational, or professional use only
  3. Not to be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial resale

2    Program Participation

By applying or enrolling in a program:

  1. You agree to show up, do the work, and participate in good faith
  2. You understand that all timelines, formats, and deliverables are subject to change
  3. You agree not to harass, spam, or disrupt other students, faculty, or alumni

3   Payment & Refund Policy

  1. All program fees must be paid before completion

  2. Payment can be made in two equal installments (50:50)

  3. If a refund is offered (per eligibility), it must be requested before the end of the program under our 100% risk-free guarantee terms

4   Community Rules

  1. You are responsible for the content you share in the community or on WhatsApp groups
  2. Any violation of trust, abuse, or promotional spamming will lead to removal
  3. Alumni and Strategy Circles are by invitation only and must be treated with professional respect

5   Limitation of Liability

POKV is not liable for:

  1. Any decisions or actions you take based on the teachings or community engagements
  2. Business or client outcomes that may or may not result from your participation
  3. Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. hosting downtime, email delivery errors)

6  Changes to Terms

POKV reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or participation in our programs indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
